POSITION DETAILS

• Position Title: Detox Nurse
• Employment Status : On-Call available
• Shifts: Variable including nights and weekends

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Variable shifts available with required rotating weekend and holiday shifts. In addition, on-call nurses must work a minimum of 16 hours per 8 week time period. Responsibilities include assessment of clients in detox program, adherence to our developed detox protocols, basic nursing care of residential clients, including: medication administration, medication order entry, reading and evaluating lab results and medical records, triaging medical needs, performing diagnostic testing as ordered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current RN licensure in Oregon
• Experience with SUD and detox/withdrawal preferred
• Flexibility with scheduling

We encourage applications from those in recovery, but we require 2+ years of continuous sobriety. A DHS criminal background investigation is conducted on all new employees. Convictions are evaluated for each position and are not necessarily disqualifying.
