- Schedule: Variable nights, 1900 - 0730
- Salary Range: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience

The PHOT provides Intermediate Level of Care to patients ages 0-18. Obstetric patients less than 18 with a new Hem/Onc/BMT diagnosis are case by case. Pati ents with specific pediatric oncology diagnosis may be followed until the age of 25 years. Presenting diagnosis may include leukemia, brain tumors, bone tumors, sarcoma, lymphomas, blood diseases, immunological diseases, storage diseases, Bone Marrow Transplants and Graft vs Host Disease patients. Nurses on this unit also provide support to Hem/Onc/BMT patients on other units, to include but not limited to chemotherapy support, expertise with BMT patients and central lines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- External applicants: Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing Degree from a program accredited by Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA)
- Internal applicants: Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current, unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or Military Training Network branch of AHA (upload documentation with online application)
- Communication skills including fluency in oral and written English
- Basic computer skills including the ability to send/receive email, navigate information technology associated with the position, and use Electronic Health Record information and tools
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or the Military Training Network
- Current PALS certification
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current OHSU employee, BSN preferred
- One year Hematology/Oncology/BMT Experience or completion of a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology/BMT Internship program
- APHON/ONS Chemotherapy Certification
- CPON/CPHON/BMTCN or CNS Certification
